Longneck Manor Giraffe Suite Terms and Conditions
Your reservation and the accommodation agreement made with Longneck Manor (whether made by you directly or via a third party such as a travel agent) will be subject to these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy set out below.
When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy.
If you make your reservation via a travel agent, or other third party, then you have a separate legal relationship with that party and Longneck Manor has no liability for any acts or omissions of such party including their observance of your data protection rights.
When you make your reservation, you will be also deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions for using the Longneck Manor website (which shall mean www.longneckmanor.com and any relevant terms and conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated into your reservation and the accommodation agreement with Longneck Manor. RESERVATIONS PROCEDURE AND POLICIES
1.Online reservations
The Longneck Manor website enables you to check the accommodation offerings and availability of the Giraffe Suite, and then submit an online reservation request. On completion of the reservation process, Longneck Manor will transmit an online or email confirmation of your reservation.
2. Hotel Prices
The prices indicated on the Longneck Manor website for the Giraffe Suite or Villas, products and services are subject to availability. Taxes and service charges are only included if indicated in the rate policy.
3. Payment
It will be necessary for you to provide credit card details to secure a room, product or service reservation. The credit card may then be used by Longneck Manor for payment of a deposit as advised at the time of booking or as a guarantee for a future payment, in the case of a no-show, a cancellation or change to the reservation.
- A credit card with one night’s deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due, and your credit card will automatically be charged, 7 days before your arrival.
- For single-night bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For multiple-day bookings made within 21 days of arrival, a single night’s deposit is due at time of booking and balance due 7 days prior to your arrival.
4. Cancellations Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 21 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7-20 days before arrival will result in the forfeiture of one night’s deposit plus applicable taxes and fees.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged the total price of the stay, and no refunds will be given.
5. Rate/Reservation Validity
Reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience. Longneck Manors retains official records of reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room, product and service rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, Longneck Manor’s official records shall prevail. Tampering with this confirmation to alter any room, product or service rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and will have legal consequences.
6. Currency
Reservations will be charged in the hotel’s local currency as shown on the Longneck Manor website. The price shown is based on today’s exchange rate. A foreign currency transaction may be charged by your card provider. Any deposits or pre-payments will be deducted from the final reservation invoice in the hotel’s local currency.
A refund of a deposit or prepayment, if any, will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your payment card provider at the time of any such refund and may differ from the exchange rate applied at the time such deposit or prepayment was made.
7. Guarantee Rules
For reservations guaranteed with a credit card at the time of making your reservation, rooms are held until Longneck Manor check-out time on the day following the day of arrival. Longneck Manor may authorize the room, product or service rate prior to arrival and reserve funds, including taxes, on the credit card to determine the validity of the credit card. Rooms, products or services booked with an invalid credit card are subject to immediate cancellation.
8. Pets
Only certified service animals are allowed. No pets are allowed on tours or on the property due to our animal safety protocols.
9. Guest’s obligations
You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by Longneck Manor. You also agree that you are fully responsible and shall pay for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, assessments and other amounts arising out of your reservation when due, including additional taxes and fees that may not be included in the quoted rate.
Upon arrival, all guests are required to sign a liability waiver. For children under the age of 18, a legal guardian must sign.
You understand that any violation of Longneck Manor’s Term and Conditions may result in cancellation of your reservation and you forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation and Longneck Manor debiting your account for any costs it incurs as a result of such violation.
10. Privacy and data protection
Our Reservation Privacy Policy (set out below) will apply to your reservation and forms part of these Reservation Terms and Conditions.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
Longneck Manor has trademark protection. Any copyright and other intellectual property in the content and materials on the Longneck Manor website remains with Longneck Manor. Downloading, copying or otherwise using any material on the Longneck Manor website is permitted only for private use and limited to the sole purpose of making a Longneck Manor hotel reservation.
12. Force Majeure
Longneck Manor will not be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of Longneck Manor. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, fire and explosions.
13. Limitations
Longneck Manor is not responsible for communication malfunctions, failures, difficulties or lost, stolen, or misdirected transmissions, messages or entries, or the security of any such communications to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws. Further, Longneck Manor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by user(s), by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Reservations Facility, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of any information related to the Reservations Facility and shall not be liable for damages resulting from any of the foregoing to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws.
Longneck Manor may cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a user has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
14. Governing Law
These Reservation Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute in relation thereto.

Terms and Conditions for Products
- We try to ensure that product details displayed on the website are correct and up-to-date. However, any error or omission in any information on the Website, or in any other communication or document issued by us, may be corrected without any liability on our part. You will then be given the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you have already paid for the Product(s) at the erroneous price, you will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel.
- Orders of Product(s) are subject to availability. When you place an order, we will confirm it by email, but the order will only become legally binding on us when we send you an email confirming dispatch of the Product(s). If we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as we reasonably can.
- Images of products on the Website are intended as a guide and the actual product may differ slightly in some respects. All weights and dimensions given are approximate.
- Longneck Manor accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Please note that once you confirm your order, your credit card will be charged immediately. When you click “Confirm Order” at checkout, you will receive an order number which you should keep for your records. We will also email an order confirmation within 24 hours. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska might take longer than shipments to the continental US.
- Most items are available for immediate delivery and will be shipped within two business days. If an item is not currently in stock, we will email you an expected ship date. Customer service will contact you if there is any delay with your order.
- Longneck Manor ships only within the U.S. and Canada.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Items sold by Longneck Manor and shipped within the state of Texas are subject to sales tax.
- Longneck Manor will accept returns within 30 days of the date for replacement or credit only. All items must be unworn with original tags attached and packed with the original purchase invoice. No returns on final clearance items. Refunds or returns will not be processed without the original invoice.
- Longneck Manor will inspect all orders before they are shipped to ensure that there are no defects or damages.
- Return shipping charges will be at your expense. You should track and insure your return to verify receipt and to protect the shipment if lost or damaged in transit. If you elect not to track or insure the package for the full value, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
