Villas at Longneck Manor

An unforgettable experience in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, come stay with us in one of our luxury villas with panoramic views of the rolling hills and pastures, rock kopje, and gorgeous water features. Each villa has giant floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the giraffe and rhino pasture while our animals explore and relax in their outdoor pastures. Enjoy exclusive, hands-on animal interactions while learning about Longneck Manor’s dedicated conservation efforts and how you too can make a difference for animals in the wild!

Guests of the Villas at Longneck Manor will enjoy group-style encounters from 9:00-11:00am. Offering question and answer, educational opportunities to meet, feed and interact with all our animals. Villa Guests will enjoy Meet the Keeper sessions as well as painting with our giraffes and skin prints with the rhinos during these scheduled encounters. Skin prints and giraffe paintings will be available for purchase in the Karibu Welcome Center after tours are complete.

**Please note that bookings for our Villas are currently available beginning Aug-Dec 2023 only, and we will be opening reservations for the eagerly anticipated 2024 season in mid-October.

Villas:

The Twiga Villa and the Okapi Villa each offer a one-bedroom, one-bath, featuring a King bed and Queen pull-out sofa. Each villa provides accommodation for up to 4 guests. The Twiga and Okapi Villas are $1000 per night and $1,200 on Holidays

The Simba Villa and Kifaru Villa each offer two bedrooms, one featuring a King bed and the other, two Queens, as well as two full bathrooms. Each two-bedroom villa provides accommodation for up to 6 guests. The Simba and Kifaru Villas are $1,400 per night and $1,600 on Holidays

*Terms:

• Guests must be aged 12 or older. 
• 2-night minimum reservation
• Check-in time begins at 4 pm
• Upon your arrival at Longneck Manor, please park in Villa Parking and check in at the Karibu Welcome Center Reception for your door code.
• No outside visitors or pets
• You will be asked to sign a waiver upon your arrival

Villas Cancellation Policy:

• All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is charged when you book your reservation.
• We require a two-month advance notice from your reservation date for a full refund (minus the $300 booking fee).
• Upon arrival, all guests will be required to sign a guest liability waiver. For children under 18 years old, a legal guardian must sign a waiver.
