An unforgettable experience in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, come stay with us in one of our luxury cottages with panoramic views of the rolling hills and pastures, rock kopje and gorgeous water feature. Each cottage has giant floor to ceilings windows overlooking the giraffe and rhino pasture while our animals explore and relax in their outdoor pastures. Enjoy exclusive, hands on animal interactions while learning about Longneck Manor’s dedicated conservation efforts and how you too can make a difference for animals in the wild!

Guests of the Cottages at Longneck Manor will enjoy group style encounters at 9am, 10am and 11:30am. Offering question and answer, educational opportunities to meet, feed and interact with all our animals. Cottage Guests will enjoy Meet the Keeper sessions as well as painting with our giraffes and skin prints with the rhinos during these scheduled encounters.

Cottages:

The Simba Cottage and the Swala Cottage each offer a one bedroom, one bath, featuring a King bed and Queen pull out sofa. Each Cottage provides accommodation for up to 4 guests. The Simba and Swala Cottages are $900 per night and $1,200 on Holidays

The Okapi Cottage and Kifaru Cottage each offer two bedrooms, one featuring a King bed and the other, two Queens, as well as two full bathrooms. Each two bedroom cottage provides accommodation for up to 6 guests. The Okapi and Kifaru Cottages are $1,200 per night and $1,400 on Holidays

*Terms:

• 2 night minimum reservation
• Check in time begins at 3pm
• Upon your arrival to Longneck Manor, please park in Cottage Parking and check in at the Karibu Welcome Center Reception for your door code.
• No outside visitors or pets
• You will be asked to sign a waiver upon your arrival

Cotttages Cancellation Policy:

• All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is charged when you book your reservation.
• We require a two-month advance notice from your reservation date for a full refund (minus the $200 booking fee).
• Upon arrival, all guests will be required to sign a guest liability waiver. For children under 18 years old, a legal guardian must sign waiver.
